Tartiest Lip Paints

Hello Everyone!

The photo above is one from my Instagram account (@dayanablackk), it's swatches of three of the newest lip 'paints' from Tarte cosmetics. When I first opened these I was thrown back at how pigmented they were (I'm assuming this is why they call them 'lip paints' -fitting!) and how easy they were to apply; one stroke gives you a full, even, coverage, but I do recommend lining the lips beforehand as the color tends to feather around the edges. Now for starters, these lip products cost $20 a piece and can be bought at Ulta and Sephora. Overall, I'm highly impressed! As much as I hate to spend so much on a liquid lipstick, I found these to be worth the price.....I'll explain :)

In case you're considering purchasing these, here are my quick thoughts on the Tartiest Lip Paints by Tarte Cosmetics:

PROS

-Highly pigmented

-Non-drying formula

-Long-lasting

-Dries to a beautiful matte color

-Worth every penny

CONS

-Transfers

-Stains lips

-Doesn't remove easily

-Pricey
